In the real world, the purple and blue exist and who knows maybe there really is a green version. No matter, these babies are stunning in your ears! The Rhyothemis fuliginosa dragonfly is a species of dragonfly of the family Libellulidae found throughout East Asia, in the countries of Japan, China, Taiwan, and the Korean Peninsula. This dragonfly is also called the Butterfly Flutterer, because it mimics a butterflies flight style. They all have semicolons on their wings, they are barely noticable. They are similar in shape to our North American Libellula family of dragonflies. (small size is .8" long; 20.32mm)
